Shipping
So your order reaches you safe and sound we use Royal Mail signed for delivery. For the UK mainland allow up to 5 working days for delivery after shipment, up to 10 days for Europe and 15 days for orders to the rest of the world. Shipping prices vary per order - shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Returns
From inside the UK
If you're not entirely happy with your order, return the items to us in unused condition for a full refund.
If you need a different size, we'll exchange returned items, just let us know the size you need.
We'll accept returns & exchanges up to 14 days from the date your order was delivered, just drop us an email at contact@iteeware.com and then post items to:
